Position: Business Development Intern

As a Business Development and Partnership Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships with institutes or corporations to further expand Grassi’s reach and impact within the [industry/niche]. Key Responsibilities:

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

Proven organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities.

Familiarity with business development concepts and an understanding of corporate collaboration dynamics is a plus

As a Human Resources Associate intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, Counseling,  training and development, and HR operations.

Key Task & Responsibilities:
  • Learn recruitment  process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, or recognition programs.
  • Aid in employee relations activities by participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and supporting conflict resolution processes.

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

This Android app / wordpress developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications and web development.
